Font of the embroidery will be as pictured & all letters across the chest will be automatically capitalized (this cannot be changed).

• True to size -Size Up for an oversized Fit!
• Medium - Heavy weight.
• Soft and Fleece Lined.
• 50% pre-shrunk cotton, 50% polyester
• Double-lined hood with matching drawcord
• Double-needle stitched collar, shoulders, armholes, cuffs, and hem

This item has LIMITED customization requests.

Customization in Center of Chest is within these limits:

• ONLY ONE WORD
• Must be a short word like (MAMA, MOMMY, NANA, NONNA, GRANDMA,AUNTIE, WIFE, WIFEY, DAD, BRIDE, etc.)
• NO WORDS LONGER THAN 7 LETTERS! ie. Grandma
• NO special characters (ex. &, ~,',!, etc)
• ALL Fonts are NOT changeable.

***The LONGER the word the SMALLER the letters may be since there is a limited  area for embroidery.

SLEEVE NAMES:

• If you want more than 5 names on the sleeve, we will need to embroider them on both sleeves. OR you can do just Intitals.
•  We will fit as many as we can  before we do both sleeves. In this case only 1 sleeve will have the heart.
• Enter kids names (with or without heart) if nothing is noted we will default to adding the heart.
• The heart is the same color as the rest of the embroidery.
• We can fit up to 5 names on the sleeve with the heart.  THE MORE NAMES THE SMALLER THE HEART AND NAMES WILL BE DUE TO LIMITED EMBROIDERY AREA.
•  If you ask for 5 names we will need to do both sleeves.
• Left is the STANDARD because it is closest to our hearts. ;))) 
• Request Right Sleeve to change - Unless specified we will default to adding all kids names and heart to the left sleeve.

How to order!

1. Choose Color
2. Choose Size
3. Follow and Add personalization in the field indicated in Red.
4. Name on Chest
5. EST. year
6. Name(s) on sleeve
7. Thread color - White OR Black. (Everything will be embroidered with the chosen Color!)
8. SLEEVE- Leave blank, UNLESS YOU WANT THE RIGHT SLEEVE EMBROIDERED!
9. Add ONLY 1 item at a time to the cart.
10. Go back to add more and checkout all at once.

So how long will it take to receive your order?

• Processing/Turn around time to make your Order is 3-5 business days. 
• Transit times are 5-7 days depending on your location. 

Processing/Turn around time DOES NOT include shipping time.

• Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if In the rare event that you receive an item with the wrong personalization or it arrived damaged please message us with a photo of the item for a free replacement!
