Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and passed directly on to you.
- We do not add any handling or administrative fees to the shipping costs.
- We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned.
Custom Orders are a Flat Rate of $8.49.
Processing Time:
- Orders ship generally within 24 - 48 hours if not sooner!
- In some cases depending on the item and processing time, shipping could take 3-7 business days. (unlikely to happen)
Custom Orders:
- Processing/Turn around time to make your Order is 3-5 business days.
- Shipping times 5-7 days depending on where you live.
International Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier. We do not charge any additional fees. However, you are responsible for any duty and taxes upon delivery.
Returns: We accept Returns and Exchanges within 14 days of Purchase For Store Credit Only. We cannot accept returns for Store Credit after 14 days! Ty for understanding. Must be in same condition as purchased with all tags!
Non-Refundable Items: Sale Items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bodysuits.
- Our policy requires returns to be postmarked 14 business days of confirmed receipt of goods. If 14 business days have gone by since your confirmed receipt of goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a Store Credit.
- STORE CREDIT will be issued to you via email as a gift card upon receiving your return. Please understand we carry exclusive small batch styles that others would love to have, so we want to offer that to our customers in a timely manner.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item(s) must come back in original condition with the name ordered by clearly marked so we can process your return quickly for you.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items: (if applicable)
- Only REGULAR PRICED items may be refunded, Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are considered a Final Sale.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
- We will gladly exchange items for a different size or color if it is available. If you need to exchange it for any reason, send us an email at Jennifer@saymoreboutique.com or call us and we will take care of it asap.
Use Our Customer Return Link for Return Requests!
To Submit a return request:
Click the "Request a Return" link in the Footer of the website.
1. Log in to your account:
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account or cell phone you will be sent a Code sent from our store.
4. Copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
6. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
9. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
10. After the product is returned, you receive a Store Credit.
