Returns & Refunds:

Returns:   We accept Returns and Exchanges within 14 days of Purchase for Store Credit Only. We cannot accept returns for Store Credit after 14 days! Products must be in the same condition as purchased with all tags.

  • Our policy requires returns to be postmarked by 14 business days of delivered goods.
  • STORE CREDIT will be issued to you via email as a gift card upon receiving your return.  
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • We will not accept any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 Sale items: (if applicable)

  • Sale items are Final Sale.

Non-Refundable Items: Sale Items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bodysuits.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

  • We will gladly exchange items for a different size or color if it is available. If you need to exchange it for any reason, contact us at Jennifer@saymoreboutique.com or call us and we will take care of it asap.

 

Use Our Customer Return Link for Return Requests!

To Submit a return request:

Click the "Request a Return" link in the Footer of our website.

1. Log in to your account:

2. In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.

3. You will be sent a Code from our store via email. 

4. Copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

5. In our online store enter the six-digit verification code.

6. Click the order for which you want to submit the return.

7. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.

8. Select a return reason and add a note for reason of return.

9. Click Request return.  

10. After order is received, we will send you a Store Credit as a gift card via email.

Shipping Fees: 

  • Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and passed directly on to you.
  • We do not add any handling or administrative fees to the shipping costs.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping or handling charges incurred if a package is refused or returned. 

Custom Orders are a Flat Rate of $8.49.

Processing Time:

  • Orders ship generally within 24 - 48 hours if not sooner!
  • In some cases, depending on the item and processing time, shipping could take 3-7 business days. (unlikely to happen)

Custom Orders:

  • Processing/Turn-around time to make your Order is 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping times 5-7 days depending on where you live.

 

International Shipping: 

You are responsible for any duty and taxes upon delivery.
